Casting of Steel Suspension Frame Hanger for the Trucking Industry

Recently, a client from the trucking industry requested that Bral Corporation use their premium casting and machining operations to manufacture a series of steel frame hangers used within a truck suspension application. Based off a customer supplied, 2D CAD drawing, we employed our advanced lost wax investment casting process, casting each part to measure 8 inches in length, 12 inches in width, and 16 inches in height. The hangers also weigh 30 pounds each.

After the parts were cast, we performed a series of magnetic particle inspections to guarantee the quality of all components.

After we were ensured that all parts met with our client's precise product specifications, we then delivered all finished components to our client's facility in Missouri. Exceeding our customer's expectations for quality, we now produce 10,000 frame hangers annually for this trucking industry client.
